Make sure you use a food processor for this! Here's my tiny but mighty (pink!) one. No nuts added into this pesto! Ingredients: 2 c fresh basil 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese  1/4 c olive oil 2 garlic cloves Eyeball salt + pepper to taste Wash basil, remove stems. Place everything in the food processor (I add the basil first and then kind of layer everything on top). Pulse until you have the thickness/consistency you want.  Great w/pasta (obviously!
