I've loved fashion starting from the time I was old enough to dress myself. I've had a quirky sense of style since I was a little girl and would wear sunglasses with the lenses popped out just to make a fashion statement (haha!). I had always dreamed of doing something BETTER with this love, but never knew how it was possible. I was very driven after graduating high school, and I also knew I wanted to make a difference in others' lives. I set out to be in the healthcare field upon graduating with my four year degree. After school, I got married and started working on my next degree in the clinical research field for my Masters of Science.
After having my first baby in January 2013, I realized I wanted to take a step back from the healthcare world and pursue my ultimate passion: my family. I wanted to spend ample amounts of time with my son and not leave him for work every morning, but still be able to contribute to my family's finances. In July 2013, I picked up my tools and set out to create items from my home office, items I would want my guy to wear. After dressing a boy for a while, I realized there was a void in the market for them. I wanted to provide more for mom's who were struggling with the options available. I worked hard on this while growing and expanding into more styles for moms (and dads!) as well.
In January 2015, we had our second son, who was born at 34 weeks. His journey has inspired my 'Prematurity Awareness Collection' that you can find in our shop's categories on the main page. Products from this collection give back to March of Dimes' Prematurity Campaign. This is something I'm very involved in, and hope to spread awareness for continually.
We welcomed our third baby -- a sweet little girl in July 2017! Our business and family continues to grow and I am so thankful every day for this experience. What started as a passion to create cool threads for kids + mamas coupled with a desire to stay home with my babies, has expanded beyond my hopes and dreams. It's a huge honor to know I am involved in a small piece of your memories and photos to look back on for years to come. I cannot thank my incredible customers, brand team, and supporters enough for the ongoing love for this little company!
